Job Summary
Maintain a fun, interactive, and clean classroom while following licensing guidelines to ensure the daily care of every child. Accurately observe and assess children to plan engaging activities, communicate effectively with families, and complete extensive training on childcare and child development. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors while meeting state and accreditation requirements for education and experience. Monday through Friday work week with bi-weekly or daily pay options ranging from $12.73 to $13.23.
Required Qualifications
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
- Effectively communicate with families
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics
- Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be energetic
