Daycare-Assistant Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with sustainable education principles, while leading classroom routines that promote environmental responsibility. Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration, ensuring 100 percent adherence to safety protocols and documenting observations for all assigned children monthly. Build strong relationships with families by responding to inquiries within 24 hours and participating in conferences and community events. Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain an organized, eco-minded learning environment and support ongoing educator growth through training and coaching. This year-round, Monday–Friday role operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at one of Babilou Family US's 42 New England schools, where you contribute to a global network of early education centers focused on equity and inclusive learning.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
