Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, then effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Work indoors or outdoors engaging in physical activity with children. This role supports a mission to inspire children to become lifelong learners within a center focused on growth and play.
