Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate these insights with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics to support your growth as a teacher. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role is part of La Petite Academy's journey to inspire children to become lifelong learners.
