Job Summary
Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role supports a center dedicated to helping children become lifelong learners through a journey of growth and play.
Required Qualifications
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
- Effectively communicate with families
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics
