Daycare Assistant Director

Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Assist the School Director in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, taking sole responsibility for the school in the Director's absence. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support team goals and help achieve profitability for the organization. Promote a positive company image and spark imagination to help children discover new things daily.
