Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate inbound receiving and outbound loading, develop and coach warehouse associates, drive efficient workflow, and maintain stock integrity. Responsible for safety-first culture, performance management, training on policy/procedures, interviewing/hiring in collaboration with senior managers, coordinating shift activities, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food-safety and FSQA requirements. Requires strong leadership, ability to analyze operational data, and proficiency with standard office software; knowledge of HACCP/PCQI a plus; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Knowledge/Skills: warehouse operations, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and people development skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Travel: 10% travel required
