Day Treatment Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead day treatment activities by developing individual program plans, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and providing pseudo-therapeutic support to consumers with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or substance use disorders. Supervise Community Skills Trainers through training, evaluation, and delegation while serving as a primary trainer in their absence. Facilitate wellness recovery by engaging clients in daily goals, ensuring safety on and off site, and transporting consumers to community appointments using a company vehicle. Maintain strict compliance with state guidelines, budget standards, and documentation requirements for EMR, Medicaid, and licensing agencies. Participate in treatment plan meetings and staffing sessions to monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Service Field
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and Mandt Certifications
- Ability to comply with Consumer's Rights
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to advocate on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Minimum 1-year experience working with individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities, Mental Illness and/or Substance Use Disorders
- Ability to comply with Valley's and Division departmental safety procedures
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Basic Computer Skills (Typing, Microsoft Word)
- Ability to document services in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
