Day Treatment Clinician - Lewiston Middle School

Day Treatment Clinician provides assessment, intervention, family engagement, consultation, collaboration, and leadership within Lewiston Middle School's day treatment program. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of individuals, families, and systems to improve social-emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes; applying evidence-informed practices; maintaining accurate data/records; leading implementation of behavior support plans with crisis management and de-escalation; collaborating with classroom teachers and BHPs; delivering parent and professional training; supervising and participating in professional development; coordinating care with community providers and services (including MaineCare billing where applicable). The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and professional licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, or LCPC-c). Experience with behavioral interventions, ethics, privacy/confidentiality, and interdisciplinary collaboration is anticipated, along with the ability to communicate effectively, interpret regulations, and contribute to program leadership and quality improvement.
