Day to Day Substitute Custodians

Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards and schedules. Perform minor repairs, manage refuse, and serve as a watchman during shifts ranging from 6am to 11pm. Inform supervisors of problems requiring attention and adjust to changing assignments as needed. Accept at least 50% of received calls or assignments. Pass the state-mandated competency exam.
