Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while upholding merchandising and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and adhere to safety protocols and labor laws. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the global TJX family across seven brands, offering associate discounts, a 401(k) plan, and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
