Job Summary
Provide direct care and daily living support to adults with brain injuries, assisting with rehabilitation and skill-building activities. Foster independence, dignity, and community engagement by building meaningful, supportive relationships with individuals and team members within our Adult Residential Program in Toms River, NJ. This part-time role includes Mon/Wed/Fri shifts from 7a-3pm. Join Bancroft NeuroRehab to make a lasting impact on each person's journey toward greater independence and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- valid Driver's License
- six months related work experience
- a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- currently enrolled in a related college program
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
