Job Summary
Provide direct care and daily living support to adults with brain injuries while assisting with rehabilitation and skill-building activities. Foster independence, dignity, and community engagement by building meaningful, supportive relationships with individuals and team members. Work part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Toms River, NJ, as part of Bancroft NeuroRehab's Adult Residential Program dedicated to helping adults with neurological conditions achieve greater independence and community connection.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- valid Driver's License
- six months related work experience
- a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- currently enrolled in a related college program
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
