Day Supervisor- South Campus

Maintain common areas of office buildings and apartment houses in clean and orderly conditions by spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs, and inspecting the building exterior for trash. Empty trash receptacles, clean restrooms twice daily, sweep stairwells, and remove debris from landscaped areas. Dust mop lobby floors twice daily, polish elevator railings, and assist the building Engineer as needed. Report lights out, solicitors, and unsafe conditions to the Management Office, and police the lobby to keep floors and planters free of debris during high-traffic times.
