Job Summary
Stock all merchandise in its proper location according to shelf allocation, replace misplaced items, and rotate stock to ensure freshness. Unload trucks, sweep and mop store areas, and keep the stockroom neat while checking shelf labels for pricing accuracy. Hang shelf tags, bale boxes, and properly remove all trash. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times. Must be 18 years or older and able to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands. Food City is a privately held, family-owned company dedicated to running the best store in town and giving back to local communities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
