Day Shift Slice Grinder Operator

Operate the slice line grinder on the day shift to maintain a constant cheese supply. Adhere to GMP and PPE/cleanliness protocols, follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout), and accurately record weights and pertinent information. Perform grinder operation, ensure cheese is clean before processing, and coordinate with blend set-up, cooker operator, and lead. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; work in a fast-paced, team environment; report food safety and quality concerns to supervisor. Must lift up to 55 lbs, work in cold and warm environments, and apply basic computer/HMI skills. Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
