Job Summary
Prepare dining rooms for service by setting tables, inspecting cleanliness, and supplying server stations. Serve food and beverage items according to prescribed procedures while monitoring diner satisfaction and anticipating needs without direction. Reset tables as needed and obtain completed guest checks with all required information. Maintain a passing score of 85% or above on written and verbal food and beverage tests. Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvements. Uphold compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
