Job Summary
Full-time warehouse sanitation role located in Saint Cloud, MN. Responsibilities include operating a power scrubber, sweeping, dusting, mopping, removing debris from aisles, recouping damaged product, and stacking pallets as directed by a Supervisor. Operate warehouse equipment such as electric order machines and forklifts, and use other power tools as needed. Ensure safety and sanitary compliance per OSHA and company policies; monitor for infractions and report to Supervisor; maintain daily cleanliness and handle pallets, damaged product, and return logistics. Requires ability to lift 40-100 lbs, work in moderately cold environments, operate equipment, and communicate effectively in English; reliable attendance and ability to handle high-stress situations; strong time management, focus, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40-45lbs regularly and up to 100 pounds periodically
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric order machines, forklifts, and a variety of other power tools
- Must meet attendance requirements
- Ability to hear and respond to safety horns, intercom system and voice communication systems
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English sufficiently for communication with supervisors, employees, and customers
- Ability to work in moderately cold temperatures for long periods
- Ability to identify and sequence numbers correctly
