Job Summary
Administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate resident records while providing direct care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs using leadership skills and foster an atmosphere of warmth and optimism for residents. Navigate Point Click Care software and ensure compliance with Florida House Bill 531 background screening requirements. Weekend incentives, shift differentials, and flexible schedules are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN/LPN nursing license
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
- Valid CPR & IV Certification
- Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse in compliance with Florida House Bill 531 (2025)
