Job Summary
Production Laborer position responsible for operating a fast-paced production machine, visually inspecting and conducting quality audits of products on the line, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Requires following specific instructions, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a warehouse with variable temperatures. 1st shift is 6am-6pm on a rotating 12-hour schedule; location: Litchfield Park, AZ. Training and growth opportunities available within a family-owned staffing firm with long-tenure experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a production environment, preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow through on specific instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
- Good prior attendance and punctuality record.
- Must be comfortable with changing temperatures within a warehouse environment.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
