Job Summary
Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient production while performing routine inspections and basic maintenance activities on plant systems. Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate findings to supervisors, ensuring all safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies are followed at all times. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records. The role requires a demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial equipment and resolve process issues, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Starting pay is $24.65 per hour with a 401(k) plan and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
