Job Summary
Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and safety. Respond to alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time while coordinating with field personnel to maintain continuous and efficient operations. Record and analyze operational data to support process improvements, ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced industrial environment. The position offers a starting pay of $25.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
