Job Summary
Mill Technician responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the aggregate mill, including preventive/corrective maintenance, operating equipment, loading bulk trucks, and supporting daily production tasks. Must be punctual, safety-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in varied conditions; duties include operating machinery (including skid steers), using hand/power tools for repairs and fabrication, upkeep of facilities, ensuring hazard-free work areas, following company safety policies, and communicating with supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. Qualifications emphasize mechanical/troubleshooting ability, safety orientation, a valid driver’s license, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
