Day Shift LPN RN Staff Nurse

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care while administering medications and treatments as ordered. Complete nursing assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to medical concerns and emergencies with professionalism. Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation and collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality patient care. Promote continuity of care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and policies. This full-time role features a rotating schedule including every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a sign-on and retention bonus available for staff joining the Southern Health Partners team at the Walworth County Jail.
