Day shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN)

Consult healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while administering oral, subcutaneous, and IV medications. Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, record vital signs, and initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms. Provide bedside care for medical patients, including dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV starts, while responding to life-saving situations per protocol. Prepare equipment for physician examinations and participate in discharge planning. Document all care information accurately in appropriate forms and utilize time management skills. Requires current RN/LPN license, up-to-date first aid and CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in long-term care.
