Job Summary
Oversee daily quarry operations and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with teams to optimize production efficiency. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance, then train and mentor staff on best practices. Monitor and report on production metrics and progress throughout the shift. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in operating quarry equipment, and the ability to work in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, and elevated noise levels. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights. Starting pay is $29.00 per hour with a 401(k) and comprehensive benefits package.
