Job Summary
Day Shift Inventory Control Analyst at CEVA Logistics focused on inventory accuracy and cycle counting. Responsibilities include performing end of month, end of quarter, cycle and physical counts, ensuring ongoing inventory accuracy, coordinating data extracts and adjustments, investigating discrepancies, creating and distributing daily inventory reconciliation and warehouse reports, and coordinating automated stock transfers. Requires ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; skilled in report development, advanced mathematical calculations, and MS Excel; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Minimum high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience; experience in inventory planning/analysis, database analysis, and warehouse environment; fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one to two years related experience
- Experience in MS Excel (charts, tables, etc...)
- Experience in database analysis, query development, and inventory planning/analysis
- Experience in logistics, inventory control or materials management (preferred)
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
