Day Shift Industrial Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians while driving equipment reliability through preventive and corrective maintenance work. Minimize downtime by quickly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, partnering with operations to align priorities with production goals. Champion safety and compliance, monitor performance metrics such as uptime and work order completion, and coach your team to build technical capability. Identify and escalate systemic issues to contribute to long-term reliability improvements and plant-wide efficiency. This hands-on leadership role operates on a C-Shift schedule from Thursday through Saturday, every other Wednesday, with 6 AM to 6 PM hours. The position requires 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or skilled trades experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership experience (supervisor, lead, or similar role)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Associate degree or technical certification (Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Background in heavy manufacturing (tubing, pipe, or similar industries)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, including off-shifts or weekends as required
- Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Must be able to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Requires ability to climb ladders, access platforms, and navigate tight spaces
