Job Summary
Lead day shift GMP operations, coordinating activities within the GMP program, supervising employees and temporary staff, inspecting areas and equipment for sanitation and regulatory compliance, training and disciplining staff, preparing reports, tracking inventory and maintenance, and ensuring safety through PPE compliance; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and 1-3 years of supervisory experience, with OSHA/SOP familiarity and strong leadership, written reporting, and safety focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field from a four-year college or university
- 1-3 years of experience
- May require a valid driver’s license
- Experience supervising employees, coordinating activities, training and safety procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and site-specific SOPs
- Ability to prepare written reports
- Willingness to travel may be required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
