Day Shift CNC Programmer - Ditch Witch

CNC Programmer I at Ditch Witch (The Toro Company) on a Day shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM). Prepare machine tool programs for CNC machines, create CNC programs and operate machines during prove-out, and develop tool/fixture lists. Maintain documentation of CNC programs and present technical information to individuals and groups. Role requires collaboration in cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, and ongoing development of CNC programming skills through practice and technical study. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years machining experience or 2 years technical training in metal cutting technologies; proficiency with CAM/CAD, and GD&T knowledge a plus; strong verbal and written communication, ability to work overtime, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented approach.
