Job Summary
Lead groups through discussions, art, exercise, cooking, and music projects while bringing creative ideas to pre-made curriculums. Work one-on-one with participants to build specific skills or routines, or assist with personal care, range of motion, breaks, and cleaning. Rotate between Group Staff, 1:1 Staff, and Support Staff roles as daily needs vary. This part-time position in La Crosse offers flexible daytime shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with one Saturday monthly, paying $16.60/hour. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage
- Flexibility in scheduling
