Job Summary
Plan and coordinate individualized community activities to promote independence and social interaction while providing direct support including personal care, medication administration, and use of adaptive equipment. Document daily progress, transport clients using a company-provided vehicle, and engage in community outreach utilizing technology. Work independently and collaboratively with a supportive team to build strong relationships with individuals and their families. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexibility. Must reside within 15 miles of Shakopee and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must live within 15 miles of the service area (Shakopee)
- Valid driver's license and space for overnight parking of company vehicle
- Home workspace with reliable internet and privacy
- Must pass a Department of Human Services background study
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
