Day Service Manager to oversee day porter/janitorial operations in the Inland Empire region. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews, hands-on training, multiple site visits per day in company-provided vehicle for quality assurance, managing/inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, tracking employee hours and pay using company software, and collaboration with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed while adhering to facility and safety rules.
