Job Summary
Oversee dormitory cleanliness, conduct daily inspections, and direct students in cleanup and maintenance while ensuring safety and security of facilities and belongings. Provide guidance for positive behavior, resolve potential problems, and recommend or requisition supplies for dorm living. Maintain student files, enter case notes, and prepare daily operations reports and administrative correspondence. Assist in unit activities, including government, and deliver counseling, group sessions, and independent living skills. Model appropriate behaviors and enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy to promote career success standards. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm with overtime as directed, requiring a valid in-state driver's license and high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- In State Drivers License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License

- ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance
- Regular and predictable attendance
