Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals help individuals with developmental disabilities learn to work in the community by providing hands-on guidance in workplace and community settings. Responsibilities include creating opportunities to increase quality of life, ensuring safety and respect, mentoring, and engaging activities such as movies, fishing, bowling, and games. The role involves being a teacher, mentor, and friend, with starting pay of $14.00 per hour and requiring a background check and a High School diploma or GED. Driving a company vehicle is required by policy.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older
