Job Summary
Transport individuals between their homes and the Day Program using a company passenger van. Participate in community outings through transportation and assistance of the individuals served. Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster increased independence, choice, and empowerment while ensuring health and safety needs are met. Maintain a valid driver's license meeting Authorized Driver Criteria and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch. This full-time role includes paid training, a comprehensive benefit package with medical, vision, dental, and 401k, and offers a culture of choice for those supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
- Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Can climb, balance, kneel and crouch
