Day Program Professional

Direct Support Professional / Day Program Professional in Willingboro, NJ. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Starting pay: $21.35/hour. Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities; assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more; ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served; maintain documentation and follow support plans; require computer skills for documentation and a person-centered, patient, and collaborative approach. Must have 18+ years old, valid driver’s license (potential vehicle requirement), and background clearance; experience working with developmental/intellectual disabilities is required. The role emphasizes a respectful, team-oriented environment within a day program setting and values reliable, adaptable, and compassionate care.
