Job Summary
Lead structured daytime activities including social, recreational, and community-based programming while supporting individuals in building independence, social skills, and daily living abilities. Implement individual service plans to support progress toward personal goals, ensuring health, safety, and dignity during program hours, transportation, and community outings. Provide personal care, administer medications as needed, and utilize crisis prevention strategies to maintain safety. Complete required documentation, prepare meals, and maintain a clean environment. Transport individuals and supervise activities in community settings. This role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $17, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus paid training in CPR and de-escalation. Required Qualifications
