Job Summary
Coordinate transportation to appointments and community activities while supporting individuals with dignity and a person-centered approach. Lead, coach, and train department staff to promote independence through life and vocational skills training. Encourage participation in social, recreational therapy, and outings while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Document services accurately and communicate effectively with upper management and the team. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance are required; morning and afternoon availability is needed.
Required Qualifications

- Valid and current vehicle insurance

Desired Qualifications
- Previous management experience particularly in a Day Program setting working with disabled persons
- CPR certification
