Job Summary
Supervise Direct Support Professionals in daily program operations for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality services align with person-centered plans. Monitor activities to maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance while training, coaching, and scheduling staff for appropriate coverage. Complete required documentation, reports, and incident follow-up in a timely manner, communicating progress to families, interdisciplinary teams, and agency leadership. Support implementation of individual goals, behavior plans, and community-based activities while fostering a positive work environment. Requires high school diploma with supervisory experience preferred; full-time role with tuition reimbursement and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with IDD
- Must pass background check
- Meet all state agency requirements
