Job Summary
Supervise Direct Support Professionals in daily program operations while ensuring quality services align with person-centered plans. Monitor activities to maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance, and train, coach, and schedule staff for appropriate coverage. Complete required documentation, reports, and incident follow-up in a timely manner, communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams regarding participant progress. Support implementation of individual goals, behavior plans, and community-based activities while maintaining adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with IDD
- Must pass background check
- Meet all state agency requirements

- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of documentation requirements and regulatory standards
