Job Summary
Support adults with disabilities during community outings and on-site activities, including visits to museums, libraries, parks, and local events. Assist with personal care and daily living needs while encouraging independence, social engagement, and skill development through cooking, arts, fitness, and gardening. Provide behavioral and emotional support, complete progress notes, and report health or safety concerns to supervisors. Build positive relationships with participants, families, and coworkers to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM in flexible part-time shifts of 5 to 30 hours per week. Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass required background checks
