Job Summary
Day Program Assistant at Sevita (PA Mentor) provides community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist participants with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and support their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while helping them participate in community activities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (implied by requirements)
