Job Summary
Day Procedure Theatre RN providing perioperative care in a part-time role (22.5 hours/week) at St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (Kew campus). Deliver safe, efficient, high-quality perioperative care across Day Procedures Unit and operating theatres, collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre nurses, PACU and perioperative leadership to support patient flow from admission through discharge. Requires current AHPRA registration as an RN, perioperative/day surgery experience, strong clinical assessment and discharge planning skills, excellent teamwork, commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in perioperative, day surgery (Admissions, Stage 2 and 3), PACU or acute clinical settings
