Job Summary
Day Porter/General Cleaner responsible for performing general cleaning tasks across facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying trash, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, cleaning windows/glass, and maintaining cleanliness of break rooms, hallways, and lobbies. Adheres to cleaning schedules, reports maintenance needs, and follows health and safety practices. Location in Carrollton, GA; on-site cleaning with scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong time management, and effective communication with supervisors and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
