Job Summary
Conduct daily janitorial duties and sanitation for assigned areas, operating motorized cleaning equipment and maintaining upkeep. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor while complying with safety rules and personal protective equipment protocols. Perform repetitive tasks, fill in during staff shortages, and support the shift lead in completing punch-list items. Communicate professionally with team members, leads, supervisors, and customers. Maintain a clean work area and follow all company procedures and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- May be required to be forklift certified
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months training or experience
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
