Day Porter - PT

Day Porter (Part-Time) at CCS Facility Services in Scottsdale, AZ. Responsible for maintaining common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition. Duties include spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome on lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs and walls, inspecting exterior, emptying trash, restroom cleaning, sweeping stairwells and entrances, removing debris, policing lobby during high-traffic times, and assisting building Engineer as directed. Competencies include attendance/punctuality, dependability, safety and security awareness, and the ability to follow management direction and work long hours when needed. Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 5 am - 1 pm.
