Job Summary
Maintain trash control throughout the property, perform graffiti removal, and remove gum from sidewalks. Clean management offices, break rooms, and restrooms, while wiping down trash cans, planters, and mullions. Notify the supervisor of any observed issues and maintain all tools and equipment used on the job. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times and work independently in the absence of supervision. Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools safely. This role involves 90% outdoor work in all weather conditions and requires availability for weekends. A valid New Mexico driver's license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid New Mexico driver's license
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees
- Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and the materials needs
- Occupational hazards and standard safety practices
- English language usage, reading, writing and speaking
- Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
- Check one's own work for quality and mistakes
- Work well with others
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Schedule may vary and you should be available to work weekends

- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

- Will have repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of standing
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- The noise level in the work environment is usually medium to high
- 90% of work is performed outdoors, exposure to the elements including heat, cold, rain, wind and other weather conditions
