Job Summary
Day Porter – Power Washer position handling cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties using commercial power washing equipment. Responsibilities include operating pressure washing gear to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, dumpster areas, entryways, and loading docks; performing seasonal rotations per work orders; selecting appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions based on surface type; preparing sites, removing debris, and inspecting/maintaining equipment; reporting safety hazards or property concerns; documenting time/materials in the Fieldpoint maintenance app; ensuring consistent attendance and professional interaction with tenants and coworkers. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license/insurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to work outdoors in variable conditions; overnight/early-morning schedule with non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Ability to interpret written work requirements and follow work orders
