Job Summary
Keep properties clean and presentable by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces throughout the day. Pick up trash, empty receptacles, and remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti from restrooms, high-traffic areas, and exterior windows. Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor. Always use required safety equipment while standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This part-time day shift role is based at a commercial property site with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Familiar using a mobile device (such as cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- On your feet throughout the shift
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking stairs and large properties regularly
- Always use required safety equipment
